Citizen Advocates and St. Joseph’s Addiction Treatment & Recovery Centers are teaming up to ensure expanded access to lifesaving mental health and addiction services.
The partnership between Citizen Advocates & St. Joseph’s began in 2023 and continues today.
Citizen Advocates and St. Joseph’s are based in Franklin County, but offer a wide range of health and human services throughout Northern New York and the Adirondacks. Together, they represent a century of experience in the mental health and addiction treatment field and provide complementary services:
Citizen Advocates offers extensive outpatient services throughout Northern New York, and pioneered the behavioral health urgent care model offering immediate access to mental health and addiction treatment, 24/7, no appointment needed.
St. Joseph’s provides holistic inpatient addiction treatment for children and adults, and is a leader in developing specialized inpatient addiction care for veterans and first responders.
This balance of services allows the two agencies to seamlessly provide a comprehensive continuum of care from Lake Champlain to Lake Ontario, and from the Canadian border to the heart of the Adirondack Park.
